Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Assistant.

Location/work environment: In facility.

Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, and you are adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

You're a teammate and look for collaboration with your peers, while also being happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.

You know that being a Physical Therapist Assistant means putting patients first and ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
