Overview As the Finance Manager for the Mass Spectrometry Solutions and Indirect Pressure Business Units, you will partner with BU leadership, functional leads, and finance colleagues to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and growth drivers for the business. This role will own the global P&L for the business units and will interact with teams in our US, Mexico, and UK facilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the BU financial planning process, including annual budget, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
Ensure high‑quality planning for sales, margins, fixed costs, R&D, and Product Marketing budgets.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and assess performance of each business unit and product group.
Continuously improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data quality to enhance decision‑making support.
Serve as the finance partner for Business Managers and functional leads, ensuring senior management understands key drivers through insightful presentations.
Create influential reports to improve decision‑making procedures.
Communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders and higher‑level management.
Impact
Drive financial performance and strategic initiatives across multiple global locations.
Improve financial data quality and reporting effectiveness.
Strengthen relationships with business leaders to support growth objectives.
Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
5+ years of experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Enterprise 1+ years of ERP experience; Oracle preferred.
Proactive, self‑starter with strong adaptability and quick learning.
Preferred Skills
Experience with PowerBI and other data management tools.
Business analysis experience in multinational corporations.
Relocation This position is
Hybrid
and must be within commutable distance to our location in
Andover, MA or Broomfield, CO . Relocation benefits are not available.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$100,500 – $186,000 per year (good faith estimate).
Bonus:
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
Benefits:
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, 6 weeks fully paid parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and stock‑program participation.
