Quality Auditor – 2nd Shift – Gallatin, TN
Shift:
3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Weekdays)
Salary:
$25.00 per hour ($23.50 + $1.50 shift differential)
Responsibilities
Conduct hourly audits on all assembly lines, ensuring adherence to assembly guidelines and standards.
Perform final inspection dock audits to ensure product meets customer specifications.
Monitor and verify all labeling, packaging, and barcodes.
Train team members on quality processes, standards, and defect identification.
Verify production scrap and ensure scrap process is being followed.
Monitor, record, and report quality results.
Properly identify non-conforming products in quality hold and SAP.
Maintain and update production process standards.
Follow all safety and environmental policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Basic knowledge of quality assurance testing procedures and theory.
Reasonable corrected vision.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, 50 pounds on occasion.
Able to stand or walk for most of the day.
Ability to distinguish color differences.
Must have the ability to coach and teach others.
Consistently demonstrates highest level of personal ethical conduct.
Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments.
