Credit Analyst | Natural Gas Trading | CONTRACTOR Seeking an experienced Credit Analyst (Contractor) to support the daily credit risk and trading operations of a fast‑paced natural gas marketing and trading organization. This role requires strong industry knowledge, hands‑on experience with natural gas trading platforms, and the ability to evaluate credit exposure across counterparties, portfolios, and markets. The analyst will collaborate closely with traders, schedulers, risk management, and finance teams to ensure effective credit oversight and operational support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment.

Minimum of 5 years of oil and gas experience in an accounting, finance, or credit‑related capacity.

Solid understanding of natural gas trading, gas marketing, and physical or financial products.

Working knowledge of ICE (hands‑on experience strongly preferred), Paragon, Endure (E/CTRM), Experion, S&P IQ, Moody’s.

Advanced Power BI skills (strongly differentiating).

Familiarity with collateral management, credit terms, ISDA or NAESB documentation.

Experience working with traders in a dynamic trading environment.
