This Position reports to: Director of Pricing Strategy and Analytics The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize profitability and enhance market competitiveness for ABB. In this role, you will conduct thorough market research and data analysis to forecast pricing trends and customer demand. You will also analyze competitors’ pricing models and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring that ABB’s pricing remains attractive while maximizing profit margins. This is a remote role contributing to the ABB Electrification Installation Products division. Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze pricing data: source and validate pricing information from internal systems, market research, and competitor benchmarks; apply analytics to uncover trends and anomalies. Optimize pricing strategies: continuously evaluate and adjust pricing models to align with market dynamics and business objectives; ensure clear communication of updates across teams. Monitor market and competitive landscape: leverage research and forecasting to anticipate pricing shifts, track competitor positioning, and adapt strategies to maintain profitability and competitiveness. Deliver strategic insights: prepare comprehensive reports and visual presentations, providing data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership to maximize revenue and margin performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of applicable experience. Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and comfortable using Python, R, or other analysis tools. Experience with Snowflake or other cloud‑based data warehouse infrastructures. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. Compensation
Expected salary: $98,700 – $157,920 annually; eligible for short‑term incentive plan / annual bonus. Benefit Summary For Eligible US Employees

The division’s products are engineered to provide ease of installation and perform in demanding and harsh conditions, helping to ensure safety and continuous operation for utilities, businesses and people across the globe. The Commercial Essentials product segment includes electrical junction boxes, commercial fittings, strut and cable tray metal framing systems for commercial and residential construction. The Premier Industrial product segment includes multiple product lines such as Ty‑Rap® cable ties, T&B Liquidtight Systems® protection products, PVC coated and nylon conduit systems, power connection and grounding systems, and cable protection systems for harsh and industrial applications.
