The Commercial Group at Aluxety is growing, and we are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our specialized commercial team.
The Commercial Group represents business owners, investors, landlords, and developers in commercial sales and leasing transactions throughout Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire. We are a collaborative, deal-driven team that values preparation, responsiveness, and disciplined execution.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced commercial agent or a high-performing residential agent or sales professional looking to transition into commercial real estate with strong team support.
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in commercial sales and leasing, including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and investment properties
Prospect for new business and build long-term client relationships
Analyze market data, pricing, and financial performance to advise clients strategically
Conduct property tours, negotiations, and transaction coordination
Collaborate with The Commercial Group on listings, marketing strategy, and deal execution
Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction documentation
Stay current on market trends, zoning considerations, and commercial regulations
What We’re Looking For
Active Massachusetts real estate license required; New Hampshire preferred
Prior commercial or residential real estate sales experience preferred
Strong sales instincts and comfort with longer, more complex deal cycles
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented
