Relationship Banker – F.N.B. Corporation
Primary Office Location: 1567 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, Pennsylvania, 16602. Position Title: Relationship Banker Business Unit: Retail Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment Position Overview
This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads at the direction of the Manager, consistently handling all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent will adhere to all F.N.B. policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The incumbent may be required to work at various locations within the market. Primary Responsibilities
Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate F.N.B. digital products and services into customer interactions. Use F.N.B. approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Maintain the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk encountered daily, as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Minimum Education
High School or GED. Minimum Years of Experience

Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented. Ability to use a personal computer and job‑related software. MS Word – Basic Level. MS Excel – Intermediate Level. MS PowerPoint – Basic Level. Experience in a related position. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services. Sales and customer service skills. Licenses/Certifications
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required. Physical Requirements
