What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand needs, processes, and workflows related to the Delivery Operations Information System (DOIS) project.
Gather and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Utilize AI tools to derive business rules from legacy code and translate them into user stories.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents and process flows.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields preferred; or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience in business analysis and Agile Scrum Management, preferably in an IT environment.
Familiarity with AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot.
Strong understanding of legacy system modernization and cloud technologies (AWS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a USPS environment or similar large-scale federal IT projects.
Experience with Version One Agile Lifecycle Management Tool.
