Generations Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Fresno, CA. The role ensures adequate staffing for the nursing department to meet resident needs. Position Overview

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will have administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for staffing the facility’s nursing department, based on budget, census, and directives from facility administration. Location and Compensation

Location: Horizon Health and Subacute, Fresno CA Employment Type: Full‑time Salary: $33–$38 per hour Benefits

Answer employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions and prepare written correspondence as necessary. Answer applicant calls regarding position availability and coordinate interviews as deemed appropriate. Consult with nursing department staff and supervisors concerning staffing/scheduling needs to eliminate or correct problem areas and improve services. Assist in recordkeeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employee performance appraisals. Perform miscellaneous duties pertaining to staffing and assist nursing supervisory personnel as necessary. Qualifications

Must have staffing coordinator experience in healthcare. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as willingness to handle difficult residents. CNA certification preferred but not required. Background Check Requirement
