role to join the Talent Acquisition team in our Southwest region.
This hybrid position requires a balanced presence in the office—approximately three days per week—and is designed for a high‑energy professional who thrives on collaborating with executive leadership and campus partners alike.
Overview As part of a top professional services firm, CohnReznick supports advisory, assurance, and tax work across the United States.
The Campus Recruiting Senior Specialist will partner with CA offices and the broader campus recruiting team to deliver end‑to‑end, full‑life‑cycle recruiting for internship and entry‑level programs in the assurance and tax areas.
The role demands daily interaction with employees at all levels and strong collaboration with campus leads across the firm.
Responsibilities
Managing and executing all aspects of the campus recruiting lifecycle.
Facilitating campus recruiting events, including hosting targeted in‑person and virtual events at core schools and participating in information sessions and career fairs.
Managing job postings across all channels such as the careers site, Handshake, and university online career sites.
Tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system and preparing reports to support campus recruiting efforts.
Screening resumes and identifying strong talent.
Coordinating interview schedules in collaboration with the TA operations team.
Coordinating logistical details for large campus events.
Finalizing candidate selection and extending offers.
Composing offer and rejection letters.
Maintaining inventory of campus recruiting giveaways and supplies.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Minimum of 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience for campus or professional level roles, with proficiency in professional services, tax, and audit highly preferred.
Ability to build effective partnerships with candidates, firm leadership, and colleagues.
Excellent and polished communication and presentation skills.
Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
Business acumen or the ability to acquire business knowledge quickly.
Analytical skills.
Excellent organizational / project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft desktop software, particularly Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint; Outlook is a MUST.
Ability and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Willingness to work evenings during the Spring & Fall campus season.
Positive work and team attitude.
Benefits & Compensation In California, the salary range for this position is $76,000 to $116,000.
