The
Member Experience Representative
is responsible for greeting all members when they enter the branch and assisting them with their financial needs. This front-line role delivers outstanding service and support to members through in-person, telephone, text, and digital messaging. The position performs a variety of financial transactions and supports both lobby and teller operations. Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, strong cash-handling, and member service skills. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable in a sales environment and be able to meet monthly sales goals.
A Day in the Life of a Member Experience Representative
Serve as a member experience concierge for members entering the branch and coordinate lobby flow.
Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
Assist members in opening and closing accounts.
Balance the teller drawer at the end of the day.
Support ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) operations and serve as a knowledgeable resource.
Promote and cross-sell Pelican products and services to members to fit their financial needs.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Member Experience Representative Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of continuous job experience.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Travel
Travel is not necessary for this position.
