A growing healthcare organization is seeking a
Senior Accountant
to support multi-entity financial operations, month-end close, and joint venture activity. This role partners closely with leadership and plays a key part in strengthening reporting processes as the organization expands.
About the Role
Contribute to month-end activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Support accounting for multiple entities, including joint ventures and new partnerships.
Assist in developing scalable financial workflows and internal reporting structures.
Prepare financial schedules, variance explanations, and audit support materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data flow.
Help maintain accounting policies, documentation, and process improvements.
What You Bring
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within healthcare or a related complex environment.
Strong month-end close, reconciliation, and general ledger skills.
Background with modern ERP systems.
Ability to navigate evolving processes and support organizational growth.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
CPA preferred but not required.
