Title:
Senior Systems Engineer – Defense Systems Integration
We’re seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expert‑level systems engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency’s Defense of Guam Program Office. You’ll help ensure the seamless development, testing, and deployment of cutting‑edge missile defense capabilities in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Systems Engineering efforts across Flight Test, Ground Test, and Modeling & Simulation domains
Develop and maintain SE/CI activities and technical documentation
Drive architecture definition, interface allocation, and requirements development
Shape verification strategies and risk management frameworks
Support technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and performance assessments
Contribute to cybersecurity strategy, configuration/data management, and sustainment planning
Collaborate on decision analysis, technical planning, and innovation initiatives
Deliver high‑impact briefings to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of systems engineering or technical experience for missile defense related programs
Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Master’s preferred)
Experience with MDA Systems Engineering and DoD acquisition programs
Proven track record in technical baseline development and cybersecurity‑informed engineering
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams
Familiarity with MDA technical review processes and documentation standards
