We’re looking for a
Quality Manager
to lead quality systems and ensure compliance with
AS9100
and
NADCAP
standards in a high-precision CNC machining environment.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain AS9100 & NADCAP certifications.
Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.
Analyze defect data, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Provide quality training and mentor team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements as a Quality representative - leading audits.
Experience with metalworking processes (NDT, heat treat).
Skilled in SPC, problem-solving tools, and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance and related compliance requirements in the Aerospace industry.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and risk management techniques.
Knowledge of SPC, statistical problem-solving techniques and other quality improvement methodologies.
Ability to effectively provide overall direction of Quality Assurance.
Strong communications and leadership skills needed to support and/or direct both internal and external customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Pay range: $125,100 to $187,700 US Dollar (USD).
Eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan based on performance.
