Job Overview
Design, develop and implement solutions for multiple applications and projects for the Office of Mental Health using C#, .Net, MVC, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports and various other programming tools. Responsibilities
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC). Design and deploy complex reports; diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports, utilizing the Data warehouse and other data sources as needed. Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher to write code using .NET Core framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary. Use a source code repository (Gitlab/TFS) for checking source code in & out, and branching off new versions of the source code. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Interact with business analyst and technical team to translate requirements into technical models. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. 84 months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain applications in C#, ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment. 84 months experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 84 months experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. 84 months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application’s code to meet those requirements. 72 months experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions. 72 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing and Enterprise Service Bus. 48 months experience developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications. 36 months experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab including CI/CD for source code management. 24 months experience coding and maintaining applications that contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
