We’re seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join a collaborative, growth-minded wealth management team. This individual will play a key leadership role—managing relationships with complex, high-net-worth clients, developing new business, and mentoring junior advisors to ensure excellence across the advisory group.
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
About the Role Senior Advisors focus on two core areas:
Partnering with the firm’s most sophisticated clients to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies.
Driving new client acquisition and helping shape the long‑term growth of the practice.
This position also plays an integral part in team leadership—training, supervising, and supporting associate advisors while contributing to the firm’s broader strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client discovery meetings and manage top‑tier client relationships.
Oversee annual reviews and financial planning for high‑value households.
Dedicate the majority of time to business development and relationship management.
Collaborate with firm leadership on enhancing client and prospect experience.
Mentor and develop Lead and Associate Advisors.
Contribute to marketing strategy, service model design, and growth initiatives.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and operational best practices.
Participate in or support investment committee discussions and portfolio strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory services.
A portable book of clients is preferred but not required.
