Job Summary Responsible for recording, analyzing, and reconciling investment-related transactions in accordance with US GAAP. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts and related financial information through timely journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. The position supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and contributes to financial statement preparation and management reporting for investment income and balances.
Core Responsibilities
Record, analyze, and reconcile investment transactions across the company in accordance with US GAAP as part of the investments Center of Excellence.
Ensure balance sheet accounts are accurately stated by performing thorough reconciliation procedures and validating amounts against supporting documentation.
Prepare and enter monthly journal entries to record investment-related accounting activity.
Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and management reports related to investment income and balances.
Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
