Tax Manager, Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and review of complex partnership tax returns, including federal, state, and local filings
Oversee tax planning and strategy for real estate clients, including structuring transactions
Lead client interactions to engage in meaningful conversations and build trust
Conduct research and analysis of tax issues related to real estate, including partnership allocations, depreciation, and gain analysis
Actively nurture staff and team members through training and mentorship
Key Qualifications
CPA with 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on real estate partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience with complex tax structuring and planning for real estate transactions
Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
Compensation Compensation range: $130,000/year – $140,000/year
