You’ll join a

What You’ll Do
Serve as the
primary relationship manager
for a growing roster of HNW and UHNW client households.
Lead client meetings
from day one, driving both investment and planning conversations.
Work hands‑on with
highly customized, non‑discretionary portfolios .
Represent the firm in local
Fidelity and Schwab branches , including delivering educational presentations.
Partner closely with an associate advisor and client service manager to deliver a
high‑touch, white‑glove experience .
What We’re Looking For
An experienced Lead Advisor serving HNW clients.
Confident discussing
investments, portfolio construction, and strategy —not only planning.
Strong foundation in comprehensive financial planning; eMoney experience a plus.
Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred.
CFP® candidates with a 66 who can obtain the 7 in an agreed timeline may be considered.
An engaging communicator with the presence to speak at branch events and client‑facing programs.
Ability to work
on‑site full‑time
in Tysons, with local branch travel.
