What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage General Education assessment activities within the College of Arts & Sciences
Collaborate with faculty and institutional partners to design, collect, analyze, and report assessment data
Oversee quality and consistency of program-level assessment across all undergraduate departments
Advise departments on best practices and provide support for meaningful assessment
Conduct and support assessment projects for various initiatives and functional units
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in assessment or institutional research
Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)
Knowledge of student learning outcomes assessment principles and processes
Strong project management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in Higher Education, Educational Assessment, Educational Psychology, or related field
3-5 years of experience in learning outcomes assessment or institutional effectiveness, preferably in higher education
Proven expertise in designing and analyzing learning outcomes data using quantitative and qualitative methods
Experience in developing and delivering faculty workshops and practical resources for assessment
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse audiences in a service-oriented mindset
