Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

This position is located in St. Louis, MO and is responsible for collection efforts for all five company divisions.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers via telephone and email.
Research issues with customer accounts and escalate internally as needed.
Identify slow‑paying customers and recommend collection candidates.
Prepare and send monthly customer statements.
Manage cash application, ensuring all cash receipts are applied correctly.
Process customer credit applications.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of collections and accounts receivable experience.
