TKO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, TKO Corporate, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both recurring and ad-hoc accounting and financial reporting activities, while playing a key role in promoting operational excellence and financial transparency across the organization.
As a member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Internal Audit, and IT. You will also work closely with the Director of Corporate Accounting and be exposed to senior management across various workstreams.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adheres to deadlines, and is passionate about enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. Key Responsibilities
Perform several corporate accounting functions including TKO consolidation and general ledger accounting.
Manage recharge processes across TKO and its subsidiaries.
Strengthen corporate and global accounting processes as transaction processing becomes more centralized.
Serve as a key contributor to TKO’s accounting system transformation, including responsibility for companywide master data and related integration activities.
Assist with accounting activities related to Transition Services Agreements (TSA), investments, and other areas.
Participate in the preparation of supporting schedules for various financial reporting disclosures.
Review cash flow forecasts prepared by business units and support the Treasury function related to the cash management process.
Perform quarterly credit compliance calculations and reporting.
Support internal and external audit processes, including substantive and controls-based testing.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement across finance functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting, reporting, controllership or audit roles, preferably within a public company or public accounting firm.
Strong understanding of US GAAP; experience with consolidation and operational accounting preferred.
Familiarity with SOX 404 compliance and internal control design and execution.
Prior exposure to the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4 HANA, JD Edwards, NetSuite and Hubble is a plus.
