About the Role A highly ranked national law firm seeks a
Real Estate Associate Attorney
to join its well‑established and collaborative Los Angeles‑based Real Estate Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior or mid‑level attorney to handle complex commercial real estate transactions for institutional clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements
Review and prepare office, retail, and industrial leases
Negotiate property management and joint venture agreements
Assist with borrower‑side financing transactions
Support senior attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional real estate law
Strong background in purchase‑and‑sale agreements, leasing, and property management contracts
Experience with borrower‑side financing and joint ventures preferred
Excellent academic credentials from a top‑tier law school
Superior research, drafting and negotiation skills
Admission to the California Bar required
