Associate Wealth Advisor – Corient At Corient, we help high‑ and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families preserve and grow their wealth for future generations. We focus on exceeding expectations, simplifying lives, and establishing legacies that last for generations. Responsibilities
Support the Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional client services and take on less complex client relationships. Prepare wealth plans, financial updates, Net Worth Statements, Cash Flow analyses, Tax Projections, Stock Option Exercise Strategies, Insurance Reviews, Education Funding Analysis, Asset Allocation Analysis, Investment Recommendations, Estate Planning Summaries, and Charitable Planning. Assist in client meetings, document discussions, and drive follow‑up actions. Utilize advanced capability across all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes. Begin to develop independent client execution items and progressively manage client relationships. Understand client contracts, fee schedules, onboarding processes, and maintain active relationships with COI peers to support client team revenue. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree 4‑8 years of experience in wealth management or related field CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes Proficiency with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, and Planning Software Competencies
Develop others – mentoring and overseeing work Relationship/Practice Management Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and organization skills Effective oral and written communication High emotional intelligence and situational awareness A proactive approach to work with ownership of projects and completion Physical Requirements
Work in an office environment, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer work. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Required to work onsite 4 days per week. U.S. Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must submit to a background investigation; employment conditional upon successful completion. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement. Benefits and Compensation
Compensation range: $97,000 – $127,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
