Align Communities, an entrepreneurial and fast‑growing multifamily resident services business based in Winter Park, Florida, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. With a commitment to excellence, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties, providing top‑notch service to our residents.
Position Overview As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist prospective residents through the leasing process, maintain occupancy levels, and ensure resident satisfaction across our portfolio. This is a mobile position; you will lease at multiple communities and must have a reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, email, and in‑person visits; schedule tours and promote available apartments.
Property Tours: Conduct informative, engaging tours, showcasing features and amenities of each community. Highlight the unique selling points and communicate the benefits of residency.
Lease Administration: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including application submission, background checks, and lease signings. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments. Position our properties effectively in the market and make recommendations for rental rate adjustments as needed to maintain competitiveness and maximize occupancy.
Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents to promote retention and satisfaction. Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
Marketing and Outreach: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective residents. Utilize online platforms, social media, and community outreach events to generate leads and increase property visibility.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining leasing office supplies, organizing files, and updating leasing databases and systems with accurate current information.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Spanish‑language proficiency preferred.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
The Compensation & Schedule This position offers an annual salary up to
$46,000 . Compensation is based on experience and education.
