We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with a client‑centric approach to develop tailored strategies for wealth preservation, growth, and legacy planning.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and personal values.

Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and philanthropy.

Provide ongoing portfolio oversight and make strategic asset allocation recommendations based on changing market conditions and client objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment analysts, tax specialists, estate planners) and external advisors (e.g., attorneys, CPAs) to deliver holistic client solutions.

Continuously identify new business opportunities and work to grow assets under management through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning techniques to provide informed advice.

Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

CFP, CFA, CPA, or similar professional designation strongly preferred.

Minimum of 3–10 years of experience in private wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning.

Proven track record of managing and growing a book of high-net-worth client relationships.

Deep understanding of investment vehicles, tax‑efficient strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

High ethical standards and a fiduciary mindset.
