Job Description Due to continued growth, Automotive Development Group is seeking a Bookkeeper with 2+ years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor and a detail-oriented, problem-solving work style.
Responsibilities
Bank Statement / Credit Card reconciliations
Journal Entries
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Recording Customer Payments
General Ledger entries
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Assisting Accounting Manager with monthly close process
Preferred qualifications
Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
Experience with ServiceTitan batch to QuickBooks.
Familiarity with Sales Tax is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Journal Entries.
Accruals.
Accounts Payable experience.
Depreciation/Fixed Assets experience a plus.
We are a drug free workplace and a pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
