As a financial advisor you develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and regional advisors. Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements). Deeply understand client needs and priorities to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles and responsibilities to ensure high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory and ethical requirements. Engage the branch team to create, monitor and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results. Create a highly engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability. Complete ongoing training and required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing. Use a firm‑provided branch office in the community. Receive client support to lighten the load so you can focus on clients. Work independently with a team of thousands backing you every step of the way. Benefits

Series 7 and Series 66 required. Experience in financial services working with clients, in‑depth knowledge of investment products and a track record of success. State insurance licenses preferred. Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™. About Us
