Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing Human Resources team and gain broad exposure across HR operations, recruiting, employee experience, performance management, and HR data analytics. Qualifications
1+ years of HR experience in financial services or other corporate/professional services environments, required.
Strong Excel abilities (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and the ability to create and summarise information in PowerPoint, preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with client service orientation and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The base salary for this role is $75,000-$100,000 base salary.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
