Talent Acquisition Director for Kaye/Bassman International and the Sanford Rose Associates Network
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? We’re looking for a motivated and energized recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional candidates across a variety of roles – especially in the specialized Auto, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) industry.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top‑tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and internal databases.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted email campaigns.
Screening & Interviewing: Assess candidate qualifications through in‑depth screening and interviews to ensure alignment with client needs.
Candidate Experience: Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive, professional, and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

2+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Automation is highly valued.
High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).
Ability to work on‑site at our Des Moines, Iowa office.
