Bilingual Senior HR Generalist
Our client located in Garland, TX needs a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist. This is an in‑office direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities
Partner with employees and managers to communicate and help enforce HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
Work closely with the HR team on the implementation and enablement of ADP HR modules, digitizing and automating current manual processes.
Provide technical support for HRIS initiatives and collaborate on system improvements.
Responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates to fill administrative, professional, and technical positions, including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, making job offers, and managing post‑hire processes.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Manage and represent the company for unemployment claims.
Facilitate training programs and participate in new hire orientation.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and other HR initiatives.
Support HR Business Partner and management in handling employee relations issues, ensuring policies are enforced and employee concerns are addressed professionally.
May assist with benefits administration, particularly during Open Enrollment periods.
Support VP of HR on various projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Bachelor’s degree in HR or SHRM certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with demonstrated focus on recruiting and HR technology.
Experience with HRIS systems required; ADP Workforce Now highly preferred. If not ADP, second preference would be Paycom.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with a calm, professional demeanor.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to work independently on HRIS technical tasks and implementations while also supporting recruiting and talent management.
Confident handling basic employee relations issues and supporting managers in policy enforcement.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to utilize HRIS beyond standard payroll functions.
Adaptable, proactive, and willing to step in across HR functions as business needs require.
