What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
Support interview scheduling and candidate communication within the talent acquisition process
Manage LMS administration and support logistics for training sessions
Document and improve key people processes such as onboarding and offboarding
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 2 years professional HR, recruiting, or HR systems experience
Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR technologies
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with data audits and HR reporting processes
Familiarity with compliance initiatives and engagement surveys
Previous experience in a high-growth environment
Capability to contribute to process improvements and system implementations
A service mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
