Clinic Patient Access and Scheduling Rep , you’ll be the go‑to person for scheduling appointments, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and keeping everything running on schedule.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Serve as the friendly first point of contact—greet patients, answer questions, and set the tone for a great visit

Schedule appointments efficiently to keep clinic operations running smoothly

Verify insurance, collect co‑pays, and ensure financial information is accurate

Maintain organized and up‑to‑date patient records

Assist patients with resources such as financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options

Partner with clinic staff to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus)

Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and providers

Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

Bonus: familiarity with medical terminology and insurance basics
