I am working with a prestigious firm that is seeking to add a senior employment practice attorney to their team. The role focuses on mentoring associates and developing them into exceptional trial lawyers. No billable hour requirement enhances the opportunity to grow in practice.
Qualifications
5+ years of employment litigation experience.
Defense side preferred, but candidates with minimal plaintiff experience encouraged.
Coming from AM100 firms or top 25 law schools is a plus.
Strong legal strategist with excellent writing, analytical, and research skills.
