Are you organized, friendly, Fluent/Spanish Speaking and ready to be the first point of contact in a fast‑paced private medical office? We’re looking for a Front Desk/Floater to join our team!
Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Checking patients in/out and verifying insurance information
Supporting staff with administrative tasks as needed
Translating for Spanish speaking patients
Floating between front desk and clinical areas to assist with daily operations
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Fluent Spanish Speaker, knowledge of basic Medical terms in Spanish.
Professional, team-oriented, and dependable
Prior experience in a medical office preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate)
Ability to adapt and jump in where needed
