Technical Recruiter

on our

Solutions Team , you will build and manage relationships with skilled technical engineers seeking project‑based opportunities. You’ll learn how to uncover hard‑to‑find talent, match them to complex client needs, and ultimately play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that directly impact our customers’ success. Through hands‑on training and mentorship from top performers, you will develop expertise in Triple Crown’s recruiting tools, engineering domains, and contractor engagement best practices. Responsibilities:

Source, identify, screen, and qualify technical professionals across a wide range of engineering specializations to meet client hiring needs. Build a database of qualified candidates by calling hot and warm leads, in addition to aggressive cold calling and engaging in other various sourcing and outreach methods to generate leads and recruit new hard‑to‑find contractors to add to the company’s database to meet both current and future requirements of our clients Solve complex recruiting challenges

by designing creative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced tools, and identifying unconventional candidate pipelines to fill highly specialized and hard‑to‑hire technical roles. Adapt

quickly to shifting business needs , reprioritizing requisitions and re‑aligning sourcing efforts in response to urgent hiring demands, evolving product timelines, or organizational pivots. Make connections, develop relationships, and maintain open communication with technical professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Triple Crown’s client base Act as a strategic problem‑solver,

diagnosing bottlenecks in the recruiting lifecycle and implementing data‑driven solutions to improve speed, quality, and candidate engagement. Develop knowledge to properly review job descriptions and resumes and understand the needs of hiring managers and ask questions that’ll help identify the right candidate(s) for their roles Identify the best candidates and fill job orders generated by the sales staff Demonstrate flexibility in fast‑changing environments, seamlessly

adjusting workload, communication strategies, and search methodologies as priorities shift across multiple teams. Navigate ambiguity with confidence, taking

ownership of unclear or rapidly evolving requirements to deliver strong outcomes even with limited direction. Participate in daily production meetings to establish priorities and plan outreach strategies. Work to generate and pass on hot leads to help account managers take action to secure new clients Negotiate terms of employment/contract with candidates and lead the onboarding process All other duties assigned Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1-2+ years of experience in Sales or Recruiting Proficiency with MS Office Suite programs Excellent interpersonal skills Natural networkers Proven resilience —always get back up when knocked down Focused self‑starters who pay high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to exceed set expectations Able to quickly learn new technology Excellent communicators, both over the phone and in email - excellent telephone etiquette is a requirement Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and works well under pressure Things We Have to Offer:
