Program Supervisor – Sevita Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division offers rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries and illnesses across a variety of community-based settings. This role is essential to expanding access to high-quality support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Schedule & Compensation Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (40 hrs per week). Overtime eligible. Pay: $21.00 / hr + overtime.

Responsibilities

Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and perform administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

Supervise a team of caregivers supporting program participants.

Provide direct client support such as daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

Balance direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision responsibilities.

Promote community involvement by accompanying participants on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

One year related work experience.

Minimum age 18 years.

Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Additional licensure or certification required by regulatory authority, if applicable.

Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and participants.

Strong organizational skills to maintain staffing and schedules.
