We are looking for an experienced

Senior Scrum Master

to join our team and support delivery teams working on complex, international implementation projects based on the

Salesforce

platform. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, and proven experience working within large, distributed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and facilitating Scrum processes within project teams

Supporting teams in the effective adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices

Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment

Identifying and removing impediments while supporting teams in achieving sprint goals

Contributing to Salesforce implementation projects across various stages of the product lifecycle

Supporting Agile scaling within large organizational structures

Requirements (Must Have)

Minimum

10 years of experience in the IT industry , including work within large, international corporation.

Hands-on experience with

scaled Agile initiatives

Strong knowledge of

Scrum and Agile principles

Experience working with

geographically distributed teams

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in

SAFe

or other Agile scaling frameworks

Understanding of business processes supported by Salesforce

Nice to Have Scrum Master and/or Agile certification
