You. We are seeking a high energy results driven recruiter with experience supporting civilian and DoD programs. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions, partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the nuances of clearance-based hiring.

What you get to do.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer letter and acceptance

Recruit for Federal Civilian and DoD roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances

Source, screen, and engage candidates using multiple channels (ATS, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, job fairs, etc.)

Post, manage, and update job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers

Guide candidates through the clearance-aware hiring process with professionalism and discretion

Attend and represent the company at job fairs, military transition events, and recruiting outreach initiatives

Provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring status reports to recruiting lead and hiring managers.

Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and cleared roles

Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the process

Required Skills.

Minimum five (5) years of recruiting experience supporting Federal Civilian and DoD contracts

Proven experience recruiting for roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances

Must reside in Tampa, Florida

Experience working directly with senior leadership and hiring managers

Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting workflows

Experience managing candidates from initial contact through offer letter

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Relationship building & stakeholder management

Candidate engagement & closing skills

Attention to detail and compliance awareness

Strong follow-up and communication discipline

Professional, ethical, and confidential handling of sensitive information
