About this role We’re looking for an experienced HR & Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts while supporting broader HR initiatives. This role will balance end-to-end recruiting with employee experience, HR operations, and organizational development.
Recruiting
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.
HR operations & employee experience
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee journey.
Maintain HR policies and documentation in line with employment laws and best practices.
Serve as a trusted partner to employees on HR-related questions, benefits, and employee relations.
Collaborate on initiatives related to employee engagement, performance reviews, and professional development.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Prior experience as an early recruiting/HR hire and in scaling recruiting organizations.
Prior experience at an early stage startup, particularly in fintech
Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and employment law.
Proven ability to source and close top talent across multiple functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Problem solving attitude and eagerness to take on various ad-hoc projects
