Human Resources Representative
Human Resources Representative responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment Unit, managing candidate data, compliance, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
Validate professional licenses and manage regulatory exclusion lists.
Generate and track operational reports to monitor key recruitment metrics.
Coordinate and complete background checks for new hires.
Audit and organize confidential employee files and maintain compliance with privacy laws.
Process recruitment-related invoices and maintain proper documentation of financial aspects.
Digitize and archive employee records and transition physical files to digital format.
Provide administrative support in preparing employment orders and other clerical tasks.
Comply fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, and applicable laws.
Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with the education and experience requirements.
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, preferable in Business Administration or related areas.
- At least one (1) year of experience performing administrative and program coordination tasks, preferable in a Human Resources department.
OR
- Sixty (60) college credits, equivalent to two (2) years of study or an Associate’s Degree, preferable in Business Administration or related areas.
- At least two (2) years of experience performing administrative and program coordination tasks, preferable in a Human Resources department.
Certifications / Licenses: N/A
Languages:
- Spanish – Advanced (writing, conversational, reading, and comprehension)
- English – Intermediate (writing, conversational, reading, and comprehension)
