12–18 years Key Responsibilities Own
end-to-end delivery
of the AI program across multiple workstreams (Agentic development, RAG, data pipelines, evaluation, automation).
Develop and manage
program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting .
Drive structured
Agile execution
with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
Ensure program operates under a
managed service model
with defined SLAs, KPIs, and governance cadences.
Collaborate with AI Architects, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to define
technical scope, agent architecture, and integration requirements .
Understand and guide teams on: Google ADK agent development
Vertex AI workflows, endpoints, pipelines, evaluations
Gemini / Gemini 1.5 / 2.0 models
and multimodal use cases
RAG pipelines , Knowledge Bases, embedding models, evaluation frameworks
Google Workspace APIs
(Docs, Sheets, Slides), tool integrations, and Corp-run environments
Convert high-level use cases into
detailed functional and technical requirements .
Act as primary point of contact for customer engineering, product, UX, and leadership teams.
Drive cross-geo collaboration between India and US teams ensuring overlap and continuity.
Provide
executive-ready program updates , risk escalations, mitigation strategies, and dependency tracking. Manage vendor teams, resource allocations, onboarding, SLAs, and change management.
Ensure operational KPIs—velocity, quality, MTTR/MTTD, automation %, and ROI—are consistently met. Key Skills & Qualifications 10–15 years of program management experience in software + AI projects.
