What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as a liaison between the recruiting department and hiring candidates to ensure completion of the onboarding process

Perform data entry and submit new hire paperwork and I9 forms

Conduct background checks and/or drug test requirements

Submit New Hire Reports to the recruiting department

Complete various administrative duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong data entry skills

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines

Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel

Experience working within HRIS systems
