Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Washington DC (HQ)

Job Summary The .NET Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The role includes working on both front-end and back-end functionalities, collaborating with application teams, enhancing system capability, and supporting production issues when required.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices-based architecture (as applicable).
Build rich UI using Angular/React or similar front-end frameworks (as required by client).
Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Write clean, scalable, secure, and reusable code adhering to coding best practices.
Troubleshoot application and database-related issues; propose corrective actions.
Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Provide production support, debugging, patching, and deployment assistance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance to performance and security standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, standups).
Required Skills & Qualifications
6-10+ years professional experience in full stack development.
Strong hands‑on experience in .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET.
Proven experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and relational database design.
Experience with front‑end development using Angular/React/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
Experience designing APIs, web services, and integrating third‑party APIs.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in government or public sector environment.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git.
Experience with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
