For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
At least 3 years of experience in automation-focused project management or business analysis
Proven work with Microsoft Power Platform for process automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder)
Experience integrating ERP systems and automating data flows
Good understanding of process mining tools such as Celonis, Power BI Process Mining, or UiPath Process Mining
Knowledge of AI and cognitive automation capabilities, including document processing, generative AI, NLP, and chatbot technologies
Strong skills in mapping data, systems, and processes, with solid analytical modelling abilities
Ability to build and oversee complex product or automation roadmaps
Background in Lean and Continuous Improvement methods (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)
Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery models
Familiarity with scripting or low‑code approaches that support scalable and governed automation solutions
English at least B2 level
Availability for full remote work based in Portugal
