Summary
You’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our Business Center (Tyre Building, Curing, and Final Finish). In this role, you’ll manage engineering operations, support continuous improvement, and maximize production uptime—all while leading a skilled team and driving business success.
What You’ll Do
You will lead and support your team to achieve targeted KPIs.
You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in real time to minimize downtime.
You will oversee engineering aspects of new equipment installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
You will monitor and analyze energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth operations.
You will maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, SOPs, and compliance reports.
You will prepare and present reports on equipment performance, downtime analysis, and project status.
What We’ll Looking For
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
You must have proven track record as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in manufacturing or tire production.
You must have an extensive knowledge of HT/LT systems, drives, PLCs, SCADA, industrial automation, and mechanical systems.
You must have problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
You must have a very good communication and documentation skills.
You must be able to work independently and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
What Sets You Apart
Experience with automation systems and PLC programming (Rockwell Automation).
Hands‑on experience with tire‑specific manufacturing equipment (Banbury mixers, curing presses, calendars).
Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results under pressure.
