Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time
Join ActionLink as a part‑time Retail Display Installer in Austin, TX to enhance the retail experience by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting promotional product displays at major retail stores. Work up to 25 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Availability on weekends and evenings is not required, but additional hours may be available if covering larger regions or traveling. Responsibilities
Complete store visits and assemble promotional displays within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays for global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Travel store‑to‑store and handle drive time and mileage reimbursement. Maintain accurate records and use company tools and Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled devices for site information. Benefits
Compensation: $17.00 per hour on general merchandising projects. Higher rates available for additional technical projects when needed. W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Paid training time provided to prepare you for program success. Accrue PTO hours every week you work. Access earned wages before payday through TapCheck. Qualifications
Previous merchandising, 3PL, or applicable retail experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory. Strong attention to detail; follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Works independently and collaborates with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with the latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus. Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to use the vehicle to perform job duties.
