Experience managing the creation of Virtual ODS (Operational Data Store) in Data Lakehouse
No Agile Methodology (just need someone that can run a highly structured project)
General Data Governance Understanding
Status Reporting (good or bad) (using Visio/PowerPoint) to CIO, project sponsors, etc…make recommendations and also take feedback back to team (good or bad)
Run metric based project reporting with project schedule (create, maintain and update)
Report a percentage to done
Tools
MS Project (track milestones, tasks, priorities, etc.)
JIRA (for daily stand ups)
Visio (for sponsor presentations)
PowerPoint (for sponsor presentations)
MS Office
Soft Skills
Driver (status, identify blockers and risk) - Must Have Proven Demonstrated Exp.
Excellent communication (to manage state technical team and technical vendors)
Emotional Intelligence (ability to facilitate collaboration)
