Scrum Master
Ounass, a leading luxury e‑commerce platform in the Middle East, is looking for a remote Scrum Master based in Poland. Join our teams of 500+ employees across 53 nationalities in Dubai, UAE and globally.

Key Responsibilities
Act as an Agile coach: mentor and train engineering team members on best practices.
Foster a self‑organizing, high‑performing team culture through facilitation and coaching.
Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints.
Identify impediments and dependencies, proactively resolve them.
Lead team retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and define project scope.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with business plans.
Plan project phases, resource allocation, and internal/external dependencies.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Oversee sprint execution; manage scope changes and communicate updates.
Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and within budget.
Participate in procurement and contract discussions.
Provide clear and timely progress updates via daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Communicate blockers, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
Collect feedback to improve planning and team satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
8‑10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.
4+ years as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members.
Strong background in technology and software development lifecycle.
Excellent leadership and relationship‑building skills.
Hands‑on approach; able to function as leader and individual contributor.
Experience delivering complex digital projects in fast‑paced environments.
E‑commerce industry experience is a plus.
Hands‑on development experience is a plus.
