About the Role
Help build the intelligence layer that redefines how enterprises run. You will work across the stack to turn messy real-world operations into fast, fluid, AI-native systems. This is a hands-on founding role where you ship quickly, test in live environments, and help shape the engineering culture from day one.
Responsibilities
Build end to end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layers
Integrate LLMs and design safe tool interfaces for real workflows
Prototype quickly and iterate based on real operational feedback
Debug across the entire stack and remove technical bottlenecks
Collaborate with product, domain experts, and early customers
Influence architecture, engineering standards, and the early technical roadmap
Contribute to hiring and help define the engineering culture from the ground up
Requirements
Strong fluency in Python or TypeScript
Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack features end to end
Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI augmented features
Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong debugging skills across backend and frontend layers
Clear communication and a bias toward simplicity and action
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agentic workflows or tool use patterns
Familiarity with React, Node, FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
Exposure to workflow engines or event-driven systems
Experience in operations-heavy domains like finance, supply chain, or manufacturing
Previous startup or zero-to-one experience
